Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern who is motivated, sharp, and keen to learn to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands- on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Respond to employee queries and coordinate HR-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
